Your harness connects you to your rig, making sailing effortless...if it fits properly! It also provides bouyancy and a high level of protection of wipeouts. To get the best from your sailing, having the right harness and setting up your harness lines correctly makes a massive difference.

For all types of sailing other than racing, we recommend waist harnesses.  They are more flexible, more comfortable and help improve your stance so you improve quicker.  We stock Neil Pryde and Da Kine harnesses, which we have found to be the best on the market for quality, durability comfort and price. 

Setting up your harness lines correctly is critical to get the most out of your sailing. Harness lines should be only one hand width apart, and the longer harness lines (24" of more for an average height adult)
