It all began here at SHQ, we have been heavily involved in the Sport of Stand Up Paddling since the sport began……… SHQ first brought the sport to Victoria in 2006 after we saw it in Maui, Hawaii.  Naish and South Point were our first boards and quickly our staff became addicted to this new sport.  It wasn't long before SHQ ran the first SUP event in Victoria, "the Cruise to the Cerberus" in 2008, which has attracted the best of the best, Jamie Mitchell came down to compete and win in 2011. This year the event was the best attended and respected event in the area, with varying categories for the youngsters, beginners and the super SUP'ers!
