Shore Stories ( Tales of a Kiosk)
SHQ’s Windsurfing School & Café opened in 1983 in a 100 year old boathouse known affectionately as “ The Shed”
Colin MacPerson, actor producer and manager of the Café, has just completed a 20 minute documentary on the history of The Shed. Literally thousands of people have been taught windsurfing at Sandy over the past 25 years. However it’s the colorful characters who have continued to meet at this special place who are the real heroes of “Shore Stories
