2011 F-One Bandit 4 Ex Demo
The Bandit 4 has a brand new shape; we modified its span, the C-Shape, the tips, the profile, the leading edge diameter and lowered the number of struts to three. All this in order to get an homogeneous kite. The Delta C Shape (original and patented by F-One) on the B4 is identical to the B3, which gives the kite stability, power / depower and auto relaunch.
3 struts mean a lighter, smoother and more dynamic kite. The squared tips allow two different back lines settings and a more aerodynamic effect during turns.
Large sizes are oriented towards power and smaller ones towards control.
The structure of the Bandit 4 is more stable for a better control of the profile in high wind conditions. This helps to control the power. In the low end wind range, the kite is more efficient and pleasant due to its lightness, reactivity and instantaneous power.
The bar feeling is direct but does not pull on the arms. When unhooked, the Bandit 4 is not overpowering and stays light.
The bar feeling has never been so precise and direct during kite loops; the kite speed is improved with a lighter boost at the end of the loop when the kite goes back to zenith.
With the B4, we overcame a difficult challenge: it excels in every program with an unmatched feeling, it suits every navigation styles, disciplines and mostly does not require any adaptation time.
