Project85 in the leech area cuts physical weight by 25% – but the real gain is swing weight. The sail feels faster, lighter, and more immediate in the hands. 

Taffeta X-Ply in the luff panel adds a smooth, balanced power delivery whilst remaining fully weldable to the body panels; no stitching, no compromise.

The entire sail body – batten pockets included – is welded together. A stitchless surface from mast sleeve to leech eliminates thousands of micro-holes and their associated stretch. The result:

• Instant response; less stretch and movement under load
