Freerace means fast and comfortable; the MEGA takes that further. Race-level speed. Freerace control. Co-developed with Cedric Bordes and shaped to complement the latest Mach series, the MEGA is built to accelerate hard, hold top speed, and maintain control when it matters most. 

Rocker, outline, bottom contour; everything works to keep it tracking fast and stable through rough water. 

For 027, the MEGA range expands to four sizes. The new 68 is a purpose-built mid-range shape derived from the 73; planted and predictable with strong lateral control and stable trim in rough conditions. Fast and efficient on flat water. The 85 is the big board in the range with a completely different bottom design; a free, floaty feel that gets on plane early, generates speed in lighter wind, and gybes with reactive entry, maintained speed, and clean acceleration out. 

Across the range, a race-dedicated rocker line and extended length deliver tracking control and longitudinal stability. Aggressive cut-aways around the fin area optimize drag and improve control. Increased V under the back foot creates traction at top speed. Forward V frees the rail for smooth, uninterrupted acceleration. 

Ergonomically shaped rails under the feet delay fatigue and extend time at maximum performance. Straps positioned slightly forward for control and easier re-entry after gybes. The mast track deck recess increases downforce from the rig for nose trim stability. 

Flat deck between the straps keeps the rider in control during body repositioning through gybes. CNC-built carbon fibre construction with race-oriented stiffness. Direct power transfer under load with controlled flex for a responsive, alive ride.
